What a pleasure it is to go for an evening ride after work, with the gentle warmth of the setting sun. The tour started in Esch, in Ellergrund, not in Schifflingen as originally planned, because the Tour de Luxembourg arrived in Schifflingen, and the area around Schifflingen was closed off. After some initial difficulties, we headed towards Rümelingen, where after a rapid descent through a beautiful fairy-tale forest, we climbed up the Holleschbierg, offering a beautiful view over the 'Grand Canyon' of Kayl. After enjoying the beautiful view, we continued a little further uphill, where we encountered free-roaming cows on a plateau, likely still basking in the last rays of sunshine on their shaggy coats. We were able to refill our water bottles at a specially installed water station. As the sun slowly set, we quickly made our way back towards Esch, where we were able to hit a few more trails before the end. The itinerary included, among others, the following trails: Crête, Barackentrail, Prince Henri Trail, and a few more... until the sun finally disappeared, and we could satisfy our hunger and thirst at the 'Schmëdd' restaurant. #agoraredrockchallenge #afterworkbikerides #guidedtours

First Gravel Edition! We couldn’t ignore the gravel boom and have thought about how to offer gravel routes alongside mountain-biking. For this edition we will propose 3 gravel routes: > Gravel 32 km > 390 meters elevation gain > Gravel 65 km > 780 meters elevation gain > Gravel 95 km > 1,160 meters elevation gain Please note that for organizational reasons, we will only share the final gravel GPX files on the day of the start.
