Hello everyone!
Here's a quick recap of our latest #AfterWorkBikeRides.
This week's ride was announced as an XC (Cross-Country) tour.
After a short warm-up over the Galgenberg in Belvaux, we headed towards Differdange, where we were happy to welcome another rider who spontaneously joined us and stayed with the group until the end.
The rain stayed away, but unfortunately we did have a pretty nasty crash. Thankfully, it ended without any serious consequences.
This is also a good opportunity to remind everyone that participation in our rides is entirely at your own risk. We always encourage riders to choose lines, obstacles and speeds that match their own abilities and comfort level. There is never any pressure to ride something you don't feel confident about.
Fortunately, this incident ended well, and we want to keep it that way.
The goal of the #AfterWorkBikeRides is to enjoy a social ride among friends—not to race, and certainly not to prove who's the bravest. Ride smart, look out for one another, and let's keep having fun together on the trails! 🚵🤝
As usual, here’s a quick recap of our latest #afterworkbikeride 🚵☀️
And wow, it was HOT, HOT, HOT — quite literally! With temperatures reaching 33°C, summer had definitely arrived, and we were more than happy to spend most of the ride in the cooler shade of the forest.
Since this was an Enduro ride, we also took the opportunity to session a few technical features along the way.
Riders challenged themselves, tried new lines, and pushed their comfort zones at their own pace. As always, there’s no pressure — everyone decides for themselves what they want to ride and what they prefer to skip.
After the ride, we enjoyed our traditional post-ride refreshment with a cold @Battin beer 🍻, now also available in a 0.0% alcohol-free version.
To round off a great evening, some of us continued the good vibes on the terrace of Restaurant KANTIN.

What an awesome second #afterworkbikeride we had yesterday! 🚵♂️🔥
The ride was announced as a spicy 🌶️ XC session, but with two newcomers joining us, the goal was to start at an easy and gradually add a bit more challenge along the way.
During the ride, we focused on line choice, braking techniques, building confidence on the bike, and, of course, having fun.
Thanks to a very well-matched group, we managed to tackle some great highlights and even squeezed in a few playful moments that kept everyone smiling.
After the ride, we wrapped things up the traditional way with a well-deserved cold Battin #afterworkbikeride beer 🍻.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next ride!

👋 Hi everyone,
As you've probably noticed, we've kicked off a new season of our #AfterWorkBikeRides!
Our very first ride was supposed to be an easy spin starting from our new partner bike shop, #loisibikeluxembourg.✌️
Unfortunately, the weather forecast proved to be right: despite the poor outlook, a few brave riders showed up at the start, only for us to find ourselves heading straight into a thunderstorm after about 10 km.⛈️⛈️⛈️
⚡ Safety always comes first, so we decided to call it a day and head back.
The good news?
We still got to enjoy a delicious beer from Battin at the bike shop while waiting out the storm. 🍻
Thanks to everyone who joined despite the challenging conditions. Here's to the next ride — hopefully with much better weather! 🚴♂️☀️
